Katharsis Academy offers, in collaboration with Utrecht Business School International, a business coaching program exclusively designed for Malaysians and Bruneians. The program focuses on enhancing business skills and optimizing the enterprise.

This program, as mentioned, is specifically developed, and exclusively offered, for Malay and Bruneians entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses and strengthen their skills.
The program covers the following topics:
- What are my values, and what do I want to achieve in the long run?
- How do I structure my business in a solid way?
- How do I develop a suitable business model?
- How do I ensure that my business model is suitable for the long run?
- How do I continuously build a value-driven (business) organization?
- How can I keep developing myself and how do I deal with entrepreneurial challenges?

- Develop a strong business identity and strategy that align with your values and goals.
- Learn how to effectively position your company in the market.
- Market Position and Impact (1 day)
- Create strategies to strengthen your market position and increase your business impact.

- Sustainable Business Practices / Business Modelling (1 day)
- Developing a solid business model.

Targeted Audience & Criteria
- Age between 18-60 years old
- Some experience / knowledge in the ventured business
- A business of at least 6 months in operation, registered and licensed under local authority
- Sole proprietorship/partnership or private limited company

Location, Date and Form
The program can be followed collectively (in a classroom setting) or individually (physically and/or digitally). The program is offered in different locations throughout Malaysia and Brunei and will be held every month.

Investment
The investment is MYR 1,100 including VAT for Malays and B$ 511 including VAT for Bruneians.
